Return Policy

All orders can be returned within 14 days of the ship date for a refund as long as the item is brand new, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.

Please email contact@alexabrand.com to receive a return label. A $7 fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your item is received, your refund will be issued.

Please Note: The shipping cost and gift bag charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages.
