Return & Refund Policy

All orders can be returned within 14 days of the ship date for a refund as long as the item is brand new, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.

Please email contact@alexabrand.com to receive a return label. A $7 fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your item is received, your refund will be issued.

Packages returned by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address, mail forwarding request, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issue outside of My Scentuary's control are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Please Note: Shipping costs and gift bag charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages.

Cancellations

We allow order cancellations within 15 minutes of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

After 15 minutes, your order will begin processing and we will no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to prepare your order quickly and efficiently.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, shipping costs, and any gift bag charges are non-refundable.
