Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer—but every order is handled in the order it is received with care and attention.
Shipping Rates & Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and quantity of items in your order. Your exact shipping rate will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $90 or more.

Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons. While we cannot control carrier delays, we always ensure your order is fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring the address is able to receive deliveries. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, mail forwarding request, refusal, or other delivery issue outside of My Scentuary's control, any replacement shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges. Replacement shipments are sent only after the original package has been returned to the sender. At My Scentuary's discretion, a one-time courtesy reshipment may be offered in certain circumstances. Orders returned by the carrier for reasons outside of My Scentuary's control are not considered shipping errors by My Scentuary.
